Kindergartenverein Degerndorf/Brannenburg e.V. operates four daycare facilities in Brannenburg. With a dedicated team of educational specialists, our client promotes the individual development and unfolding of the children. The focus is on the holistic promotion of motor, cognitive, linguistic and social skills. Parents appreciate the trusting cooperation and the family atmosphere in our client's homes. We are looking for you as soon as possible as an educator / pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) for a group leader in the kindergarten.
Your Tasks
  • You will be responsible for the pedagogical and organizational management of a kindergarten group
  • You will also draw up individual support plans and ensure their implementation
  • You will be a professional and reliable point of contact for parents
  • You will also be responsible for planning and organizing educational projects as well as excursions and parties for the children
  • You will conduct regular development meetings with children and parents and document the children's progress
Our Requirements
  • You have successfully completed training as a state-recognized educator / pedagogical specialist (m/f/d)
  • You have sound knowledge in the field of pedagogy and developmental support for children
  • You are keen to take on a group management role, create something and contribute your own ideas
  • You have empathy, a communicative nature and a high degree of teamwork skills
  • You can work at least 30 hours per week
