Your Tasks
  • As HR Manager (m/f/d) at our client, you will be responsible for all operational HR-related issues from the start to the end of an employee's employment (m/f/d)
  • You will be responsible for the entire applicant management with recruitment including advertising, pre-selection of applicants, candidate communication, conducting interviews, etc.
  • You act as a competent contact person for industrial and commercial employees and managers in personnel-related topics
  • In addition, you will be entrusted with personnel administration issues such as contracts, certificate preparation, works council correspondence and the like
Our Requirements
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or corresponding studies
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • We require a business fluent command of written and spoken German
  • You are characterized by your independent way of working and professional appearance
  • The ability to work in a team, entrepreneurial thinking and action, reliability and a high degree of integrity round off your profile
