We are an established, innovative company with headquarters in Cologne and offices in Berlin and Munich, specializing in HR services. With many years of experience and a broad network, we offer professional support in all aspects of HR. The focus is on individual, modern solutions and personal support. To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for you as a working student (m/f/d) Human Resources as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
  • You will support the HR officers both in recruiting and in day-to-day operations
  • In this context, you will be responsible for preparing employment contracts, references and correspondence according to templates
  • Another focus is the design of job advertisements, the creation of candidate profiles and the scheduling of interviews
  • Finally, you will be involved in actively searching for and approaching potential candidates in the usual career networks
  • Finally, you will take on other administrative tasks, such as maintaining our applicant management system or time recording
Our Requirements
  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) of economics or humanities, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • A strong interest in human resources topics and initial experience in the context of internships are an advantage
  • We expect you to be confident with MS Office products and have a good command of written and spoken English
  • Your strengths include your strong communication and teamwork skills as well as your enjoyment of working with people
