For its location in Hamburg-Niendorf we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) - Customer Service in full-time.
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for processing customer inquiries and orders
- Furthermore, you will take care of order processing from the recording to the dispatch of product samples
- You will be responsible for clarifying complaints and issuing credit notes
- You will also support the sales team with customer service and preparing quotations
- Maintaining and updating customer data in the database rounds off your tasks
Our Requirements
- You have completed commercial training and ideally already have experience in customer service
- You are also proficient in the standard MS Office programs and ideally also have experience with CRM systems
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy dealing with customers
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
- You are characterized by your friendly and service-oriented manner
