Your Tasks
  • Qualified support for our customers in close cooperation with the sales department
  • Preparation of quotations and processing of customer enquiries
  • Processing customer orders, including recording and creating order confirmations
  • Export processing in compliance with and monitoring of customs and foreign trade regulations
  • Deputy head of the customer service team
  • Designing the interface between our customers and internal teams
Our Requirements
  • Successfully completed specialist training or studies with relevant professional experience
  • Enthusiasm and communication skills in dealing with B2B customers, also in English
  • Independent, solution-oriented and proactive approach
  • Ideally initial management responsibility
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ERP software, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV
