Chiemsee we are looking for you for the internal area as Associate (m/f/d) Personnel Support and Recruiting in part-time.
Your Tasks
  • You will be responsible for applicant management and will independently pre-select candidates for telephone interviews and job interviews
  • Independent creative design of job advertisements and active research of suitable candidates in social networks
  • You act as the first point of contact (m/f/d) for applicants (m/f/d)
  • Another focus of your work is the comprehensive support of our German and English-speaking employees (m/f/d) in general personnel and salary issues
  • Personnel administration tasks, such as preparing certificates and contracts or maintaining the time management system, round off your job profile
Our Requirements
  • You have successfully completed a relevant course of study or commercial vocational training
  • You have also already gained (initial) experience in the HR sector
  • You are business fluent in German and fluent in written and spoken English
  • In addition, you are able to work 20 - 25 hours per week
  • Your open and communicative nature and service-oriented way of working paired with a hands-on mentality round off your profile
