Our Client
is an international pharmaceutical and chemical group headquartered in North Rhine-Westphalia. Based on decades of research activities, our client develops leading pharmaceutical and chemical products that are produced and distributed on a global scale. For the Leverkusen site we are looking for a Commercial Assistant (m/f/d)/ Facility Management as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
  • Supporting the team in managing facility management services, in particular in coordinating technical services, cleaning, lock management or relocation management
  • Your tasks will also include commercial processing, such as invoice verification or managing existing service and maintenance contracts
  • Collaboration in the area of occupational safety and corresponding cooperation with the respective HR departments
  • Making appointments and coordinating room bookings and room utilization at the location
Our Requirements
  • Successfully completed commercial training, alternatively a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in administration or processing in relation to facility management and/or services
  • Experienced handling of MS Office programs, SAP knowledge an advantage
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident appearance, communication skills and a careful way of working round off your profile
