The focus of our activities is on investment banking as well as corporate and retail banking. To strengthen the team in the Leipzig area, we are looking for you as an Office Administrator Back Office (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- You support your colleagues by independently checking and processing incoming orders or forwarding them to the responsible persons.
- You will maintain and check existing master data and enter changes to data in the system.
- In addition, you will assist with various administrative and organizational processes in the different business units, for example in the areas of payment transactions, garnishment or probate
- Finally, you will also handle written and telephone communication with internal service units, information carriers and customers
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed your training as an office administrator (m/f/d), alternatively you have other commercial training
- Ideally you have already gained professional experience in clerical work or general administration
- Good written and spoken German as well as good computer skills are a prerequisite
- You are characterized by your ability to work in a team and a high level of service orientation
- In addition, you work independently, are structured and have a sense of responsibility
