Our Client
is a leading global provider of medical technology products and services with its German headquarters in Leverkusen. Its expertise lies primarily in the development and marketing of holistic and innovative solutions for diabetes diagnosis and therapy. To strengthen the team in Leverkusen, we are looking for you as an employee (m/f/d) in Customer Service for medical products at the earliest possible date.
Your Tasks
  • You will provide customers with comprehensive and binding advice on incoming telephone and written queries regarding the use of medical devices
  • You will also be responsible for processing product complaints, including troubleshooting and finding solutions
  • You will forward the complaints to the responsible departments and document them in the CRM system
  • You will familiarize yourself with the in-depth use of medical devices using troubleshooting guides and SOPs in English and take part in regular product training courses for further training
  • Finally, you will record user contacts and master data in the CRM tool and ensure compliance with quality management in close cooperation with external service providers
Our Requirements
  • Completed medical or scientific training; alternatively a comparable qualification
  • You already have experience in medical product consulting, preferably in the field of diabetes applications
  • We require very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as routine use of MS Office
  • Very good communication skills and enjoy working in a team round off your profile
