To strengthen the team at the Hamelin location, we are looking for you as Office Assistant (m/f/d) Bank at the earliest possible date.
Your Tasks
- In your role, you will independently process standardized transactions such as account openings and closings
- You will maintain and check existing master data and enter changes to data in the system
- You will take on written and telephone correspondence with internal service units, information carriers and customers
- General administrative activities round off your area of responsibility
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed your commercial training, alternatively you have an equivalent qualification
- Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in processing or general administration
- We require good written and spoken German and good IT skills
- You have the ability to work in a team and are highly service-oriented
