For the location in the Bamberg - Erlangen area we are looking for you as soon as possible as Team Leader (m/f/d) - Sales.
Your Tasks
  • You are responsible for the management and further development of the four-person sales team
  • In addition, you will be proactively involved in the acquisition of new customers as well as the support and expansion of existing customers
  • Continuous market observation, competition analysis and the preparation of reports are also part of your tasks
  • You will also define market-driven pricing strategies and work closely with the company departments involved
  • You will act as a sparring partner for the management in all sales-related matters and play a key role in shaping the sales strategy
Our Requirements
  • You have a degree in engineering or economics or a comparable qualification
  • You have a high level of technical understanding and ideally knowledge of building materials
  • You can demonstrate sound sales experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as very good written and spoken English skills
  • You round off your profile with a confident manner, a high level of self-motivation and a willingness to travel
