To strengthen the team in Dortmund, we are looking for you as an employee (m/f/d) Talent Acquisition Bank at the earliest possible date.
Your Tasks
  • You will be responsible for implementing recruitment activities and proactively supporting the various recruiting channels
  • You will be responsible for the design of meaningful job advertisements, the implementation of personnel marketing measures and the active search for potential candidates
  • As part of application management, you will conduct interviews and support the specialist departments in the selection of personnel
  • Finally, in addition to onboarding new employees, you will be responsible for the administrative management of the recruitment process
Our Requirements
  • You have a university degree, ideally with a focus on HR; alternatively a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience
  • You already have some professional experience in human resources and are familiar with the common instruments of personnel marketing
  • We expect you to be confident with MS Office applications and have a very good command of German
  • Innovative and creative thinking, strong implementation and negotiation skills round off your profile
