Our Client

To strengthen the team in Berlin, we are looking for you as a bank clerk (m/f/d) in the back office at the earliest possible date.
Your Tasks
  • You are responsible for the timely and correct processing of various payment transactions
  • This includes processing payment transactions and ensuring that all payment-related information is entered into the system
  • Answering customer inquiries and corresponding with internal and external service units is also part of your duties
  • Finally, you will provide support with other administrative activities and help to optimize processes in the area of payment services
Our Requirements
  • You have successfully completed your training as a bank clerk (m/f/d), alternatively you have other commercial training
  • You already have some experience in the areas of banking, financial services and/or insurance
  • We require good written and spoken German and good IT skills
  • You are a team player with a high level of service orientation
