Part-time financial accountant (m/f/d)

Our Client
is a leading consulting firm that has been supporting companies in the search, selection and development of executives for many years. Its sustained success is based not least on its independence as a medium-sized, family-owned company. To further support the team in Cologne, we are looking for a part-time Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
  • In your role, you will be responsible for financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
  • You will prepare the monthly and annual financial statements and act as a competent contact person for accounting issues
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating master data and taking on other administrative tasks, including account reconciliation and advance VAT returns
  • You will prepare the monthly payslips and handle correspondence with health insurance companies and social security institutions
  • Finally, the evaluation of monthly statistics is also part of your area of responsibility
Our Requirements
  • Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk or accountant
  • Sound professional experience in accounting
  • We require routine use of MS Office products and DATEV
  • You are characterized by a structured, independent and careful way of working
  • Your great affinity for numbers and quick comprehension round off your profile
