Our Client

Its activities focus on investment banking as well as corporate and private client business. To strengthen the team in Hamburg, we are looking for you as a Back Office Clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
  • You will support your colleagues by independently checking and processing incoming orders or forwarding them to the responsible person
  • You will also be responsible for written and telephone correspondence with internal service units, information providers and customers
  • In your role as an office administrator (m/f/d), you will also maintain and check existing master data and make changes to the system
  • Finally, you will be responsible for maintaining, creating and editing master data
  • Taking on general administrative tasks to support the specialist department
Our Requirements
  • You have successfully completed your training as an office administrator (m/f/d), alternatively you have other commercial training
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in processing or general administration
  • We require very good written and spoken German and good IT skills
  • You are a team player with a high level of service orientation
  • You also work independently, in a structured manner and are responsible
