To strengthen the team in Hamburg, we are looking for you as Office Administrator Back Office m/f/x at the earliest possible date.
Your Tasks
  • You will support your colleagues by independently checking and processing incoming orders or forwarding them to the responsible persons.
  • In addition, you will be involved in various administrative and organizational processes in the different business units, for example in the areas of payment transactions, garnishment or customer care
  • You will also maintain and check existing master data and make changes in the system
  • Finally, you will also handle written and telephone communication with internal service units, information carriers and customers
Our Requirements
  • You have successfully completed your training as an office administrator m/f/x, alternatively you have other commercial training
  • Ideally you have already gained professional experience in clerical work or general administration
  • Very good written and spoken German as well as good computer skills are a prerequisite
  • You are a team player with a high level of service orientation and a sense of responsibility
