- In your role as HR Expert m/f/x Recruiting & Marketing, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of an innovative recruiting strategy for the German Group locations.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for employer branding and the corresponding positioning of our client with the relevant target groups
- In this context, you will manage internal and external partners such as agencies and service providers
- In addition, you will organize university marketing events and be responsible for ensuring that they run smoothly
- In addition, you will be responsible for the conception and implementation of training courses for managers in the area of recruiting and personnel marketing.
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics or have a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have several years of relevant professional experience in the areas of recruiting, personnel marketing and employer branding in international companies
- Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a self-confident manner
- Strong implementation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as business fluent German and English round off your profile
