For the European Headquarter in Cologne we are looking for you as Recruiting Manager m/f/x Automotive.

• You are responsible for managing and implementing the recruitment of technical specialists and managers in close cooperation with the responsible business partners.
• This includes the design of the application management as well as the professional support during the entire candidate lifecycle from entry to exit
• The implementation of suitable social media strategies for employee recruitment as well as the active search for potentials are also part of your tasks
  
• Finally, you will proactively contribute innovative ideas for the implementation and improvement of the various recruiting instruments

• You have successfully completed a business degree, ideally with a focus on human resources or psychology; alternatively, you have a comparable education with relevant qualifications
• You also have relevant professional experience in recruiting, preferably in filling positions for technical specialists and managers
• We expect you to have a very good command of written and spoken English and to be proficient in MS Office.
• An independent way of working, assertiveness and strong communication skills with a high level of self-motivation round off your profile
