Our Client

is an internationally operating pharmaceutical and chemical group with headquarters in North Rhine-Westphalia. Based on decades of research activities, our client develops leading pharmaceutical and chemical products that are produced and distributed on a global scale. For the location Monheim am Rhein we are looking for you as Assistant Pharma m/f/x for the next possible date.

Your Tasks

  • Support of an international team by taking over administrative and organisational tasks.
  • You will be responsible for the coordination of appointments, travel planning and correspondence in German and English.
  • The preparation and follow-up of presentations and meetings as well as the planning of events also fall within your area of responsibility.
  • The processing of documents and orders, data maintenance and support for projects round off your field of activity.

Our Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree; alternatively, you have a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of assistance or secretarial services is a prerequisite
  • You have a fluent command of written and spoken English and are proficient in the use of MS Office programs.
  • A confident appearance, excellent communication skills and a careful way of working complete your profile.
