To strengthen the team in Essen, we are looking for you as Construction Financing Officer m/f/x as soon as possible.

• Processing of applications as well as preliminary review and preparation of credit decisions in the area of construction financing for new business
• Support in the inspection of properties, preparation of construction-related valuations and the assessment of creditworthiness and credit standing
• Contact person for internal departments as well as customers including the handling of correspondence and complaints
  
• Support of the sales department as well as extensive documentation of current processes and maintenance of internal IT systems

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a bank clerk, alternatively an adequate commercial qualification
• Professional experience in the field of construction financing, credit assessment and / or collateral evaluation
• Profound knowledge of MS Office, good English skills and a strong service mentality
• Ability to work in a team and a reliable and committed approach to work
