Our Client

is an internationally active pharmaceutical and chemical group. Based on decades of research activities, our client develops leading pharmaceutical and chemical products which are produced and distributed on a global scale. We are looking for you as Office Manager m/f/x for the next possible date.

Your Tasks

  • Supporting an international team in administrative and organizational areas
  • You will manage personnel data in the SAP system, staffing requests and inventory lists.
  • Preparing and following up on meetings, audits and company tours is also part of your job.
  • Finally, you will be responsible for researching and providing information as well as processing documents and orders.

Our Requirements

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of secretarial work and/or assistance
  • Good command of written and spoken English as well as routine handling of MS Office programs
  • A confident appearance, communication skills and a careful way of working round off your profile
