Initially, the position is advertised like any other, but is then provided with a separate contract when filled via temporary employment and credited back to the account; recruitment is therefore free of charge. Amortization then takes place over a period of at least six months with subsequent free transfer of personnel.

personal support from experienced HR consultants significantly speeds up the recruiting process. HR SIMPLEX reduces manual intermediate steps, improves the
pre-selection of suitable candidates and ensures a structured, transparent filling of your positions. The specified duration is based on average filling
times and may vary depending on the position, industry and individual requirements.
4 Total price for a successful placement per vacancy under the specified package. Once the first vacancy has been filled, a deposit of 50% of the respective total price is payable per vacancy.
5 Cashback Guarantee: If a candidate is not placed within two months of the contract start date, the Cashback Guarantee applies, providing a 50% refund.
